I am a HR Manager with extensive experience in multisite environments, both in France and abroad. With strong adaptability and communication skills, I was able to work in different fields such as Tourism, Media and Electronic industries while managing a various workforce.

 

Polyvalent on all HR functions, I developed my skills in recruitment, global mobility, L&D and succession planning as well as in compensation & benefits and employee relations. I am also used to project management and can lead project on my own or be an active member of a global team.

HR Business Partner, Eaton Power Electronics

  • Deploying and implementing HR group policies on 4 different sites.

  • valuation of training requirements, drafting and monitoring annual schemes.

  • Recruitment of staff and executives.

  • Advising managers on all HR issues from staff induction to contract termination.

  • Heading the wellness committee and enhancing internal communications.

International Human Resources Manager, Club Med

​2004 - 2007
  • Head office role with responsibility for a mobile worldwide, multidisciplinary force of 300 seasonal workers and permanent staff located at over 70 holiday resorts.
  • Employees’ careers and mobility management within the framework of remuneration and promotion policies. This included international assignments, retention issues, training and any required disciplinary procedures. Management of two shared assistants.
  • Leading performance appraisals and assessment processes.
 
International Administration Manager, Club Med
1999 - 2004
  • Implementing a comprehensive, multi-currency payroll system for 200+ non-European employees and set up new administrative and financial processes. These incorporated employees also paid via local payroll systems.

  • Managing administration of work contracts and private social protection for permanent employees of 25 nationalities (some of whom had dual contracts) at 45 different sites. Management of one assistant.

  • Responsible for compensation and benefits, payroll and accounting.

 

Europe Operations Manager, Club Med
1995 - 1999
  • Organising weekly departures of seasonal workers from London to European resorts. Yearly manpower: 1000+ employees spread over 28 sites (c. £500k pa operating budget). Team management of 6 people.

  • Management of administration, work contracts and payroll for workers of 12 different nationalities.

  • Setting up and ran system to convert and harmonise UK and French net salaries in compliance with both UK and French national insurance contributions.
