EMPLOYEE RELATIONS
I was specifically in charge of implementing all group HR policies on 4 French sites. I also broadened my negotiation skills while dealing on a monthly basis with local work councils and unions. I successfully negotiated several agreements as annual collective bargaining, night and week-end shifts implementations as well as on call duty rotations. I also had the opportunity to organize elections of staff representatives’.
TALENT MANAGEMENT
After auditing HR processes, I focused on talent management policies and implemented tailor-made solutions such as induction course, high potentials and key people detection, offering specific development and retention programs through a corporate academy. I also set up global mobility policies in compliance with budget guidelines, local administration and immigration enforcement laws.
CORPORATE UNIVERSITY
To remain competitive and meet market expectations, 4 000 large companies chose to create a corporate university. How does it meet organization strategic issues? What are its impacts on the HR Department?
